"It was actually really nice, I loved that it was so close to the subway station and had restaurants all around! didn’t have to worry about food and transportation. One thing I do wanna see improvement is their showers, it’s so tiny! Not made for bigger people. "

"Front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off early. The area is great so much to do/eat and a quick walk to all the famous sites. The free coffee, bagels and muffins were a really nice touch. The rooms are small and dated but it was clean and the mattress was very comfortable!"

"An excellent and really beautiful hotel in such a great location. The staff were so helpful and nice, and my room was a great sanctuary on a really rainy and windy short trip to NYC. I love the cozy and warm feeling of the rooms, and the amenities were excellent too. I can't wait to come back and stay longer."

"Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious. My room had a nice view of Penn Station across the street. Great location if you’re going to Madison Square Garden (less than a block away). No handheld shower head in the bathroom, no foldable luggage rack, no armchair in the room. Nice that breakfast is included but the food quality was not great. Convenient worktable space in stylish lobby. Friendly, helpful staff."

"The location of this hotel was convenient,...unfortunately that also meant it was noisy due to multiple delivery trucks making noise when parking or trying to get around other vehicles in the road. This may have been a particulary noisy time, right before Thanksgiving as the street had multiple flower and evergreen vendors getting goods for the Christmas season. The staff , particularly in the breakfast cafe were friendy and helpful."
