"During the early 80s, when I was a young man, I worked as a parking attendant at various country clubs, and ritzy galas. during that time, I got to drive many high-end luxury cars. I was always amazed at the quality and workmanship of the materials used in conjunction with the weighed switchgear. The Maritime Hotel had a similar vibe. The Leo House

2.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"I love this little safe haven in Chelsea. Close to everything but still feels safe and minimal commotion located in a residential area. Great breakfast selection and super inviting. Rooms are as per NYC normal standard (meaning compact) but fulfill your needs. Unfortunately for me I found the bed super uncomfortable, whereas my travel partner did not have a problem with theirs. I would want my 20 year old daughter living here everytime she goes to NYC without me (for my sense of her safety)."

"The weather was expected for the first week in February…cold. But we enjoyed it. The location was perfect! The staff was outstanding! We will definitely consider this hotel again. "
