"The owner/care taker was nice and help us with whatever we need. The suite has some unique characters, like the wooden half steps stairs, and the walk on net on the over height ceiling. That was interesting, my kid loves it. "

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. If you book through Expedia, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as Expedia does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. "The property was beautiful. The food was excellent in the alacarte restaurants and buffet. The buffet was much better than other similar resorts I have been to. Also the pools and beach had lots of space around them and we always had a great spot without having to wake at the crack of dawn to get chairs and we were there in March. The staff were very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good. I would go back!"
