"This is definitely a no frills type of place. We did not have a great experience here. Until we brought it up to the property manager, we had almost no water pressure and no hot water (it was never turned on). Once we discovered that this was not usual, they got both fixed. One day we got home to a flooded kitchen and part of the living room. Apparently, this was from a strong rain during the day.
