"The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, especially up to the third floor where there is a narrow section, but it is a very old building so this is to be expected. My only criticism has to be the shower. We were up in room 23, and the water pressure is close to zero. Sink and toilet are fine, but the shower is pretty much unusable. This issue urgently needs resolving, but as I say apart from this it was really an excellent...
