"Wonderful reception team who welcomed my daughter and myself, wishing her a happy birthday. We were upgraded to a superior city view room which was really lovely. Soft, comfortable beds, super clean, great view. We loved it! Breakfast was great, a lovely room, food was really nice and lots of choice. Just one niggle - we went to the theatre (the most convenient hotel as it’s just across the road) and when we came back there were some drunk people coming in to the hotel off the street to use the...
