"Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout.
