"The check in experience went well. The room we were assign was nice, unfortunately there were some problem with the room that a very nice housekeeping staff name Gaspar tried to fix but the front desk Ebony who was very accommodating instead gave us upgrade. The hotel is very nice, quite and has the good amenities. We enjoyed the expresso machine they have in the 1st floor and they even have a yoga mat and dumbbells in the room. We have a very nice view of the Chicago riverview. We will use this property again in our next visit this summer."
