"We stayed at the property for 1 night primarily because we heard good reviews of their zip lines over waterfalls and thought it would be more convenient. Ziplines were definitely the highlight and our family really enjoyed it. The route up was quite the adventure as it was steep and very very rocky. The tour not only included ziplining but a dip in one of the pools at the base of a water fall (no towels) and a rappel down a waterfall. "I stayed 2 nights in one of the "cabins" (my unit was not actually detached so a little odd to call it a cabin but whatever), not one of the domes. It was spacious (travelled solo and was in a room with apace for 5) and the views were amazing from the room and the property. "Parking for Monteverde cloud forest is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is deep inside with no convenience stores in walkable distance. Hotels.com had incorrect location listed which made us go in circles to find the place. We used yoga room for yoga. They have kitchen. Road the hotel is terrible with many potholes. Driving in rain was terrible experience specifically when you are coming for the first time and have incorrect directions. "

"The property is nice, kept neat and clean. We were there in the off season so it was very quiet. Remember there is no ac in this area of Costa Rica. They do not offer cots in the rooms so if you are traveling as a family this could be an issue. Otherwise the breakfast was wonderful, the jacuzi was covered so you can use even in the rain."

"Amazing place , we had a family deluxe cabin for our family of five . We had 3 bedroom, living space and kitchen . We didn’t use the kitchen . The patio was so nice and second night we got hot tub installed on it as a surprise which was so good after long hike . We had our own parking . The staff was very nice and helpful and brought us towels in the evening for the hot tub . Location was great , just a minute from good restaurants and 5 min from downtown . "

"We booked day-of after a change in plans and were just looking for a cheap and decent place to stay overnight. We were pleasantly surprised. This place is adorable. No frills, but the room and premises were clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. They served a delicious, made-to-order breakfast. No A/C wasn't a problem as the temperature dropped at night. Walkable to town for dinner and drinks. Check in and check out were easy. "
