"We loved this hotel. The smell as you walked in was gorgeous, the room was lovely and spacious, the bed and pillows were so soft (we had the best night sleeps there) and all queries were answered. Only feedback is there is a €150 charge that gets refunded back. If you are budgeting, make sure to account for it as it’s in the Terms and Conditions but we were unfortunate to have missed it "

"Booked as a solo woman relax trip. Stayed 3 nights. Location great and lovely views from the roof. Staff were friendly and the hotel has high quality provisions. The breakfast had many options and had a champagne section. I ordered room service once, it was reasonably priced and delicious. One issue I did have, I had put the do not disturb sign on my door and 2 mornings the cleaners came in. I spoke to management and they resolved things. "
