"Great locstion, excellent service. Bathroom was a little tired (cracked cistern), wardrobe door and bathroom door also damaged. Surrounding area has great selection of restaurants. Crime in area though. Saw two incidents of theft; one in a supermarket, another where someone attempted to rob a person of their bags in the street. Made us wary to leave hotel in the evening. Public transport excellent, adjacent to parral-lel station. Again, lots of beggars at the station though, some aggressive and moved on by staff."

"Arrived at 9:30 and checked in at 11am. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Despite being in the heart of the Rambla, the rooms were surprisingly free of outside noise. Many nearby restaurants, cafes, markets, and other Barcelona attractions were nearby and within walkable distances. The Arc also offered a scrumptious buffer breakfast."

"The hotel was lovely if not a little out of place. It’s in a phase of regeneration and clearly the hotel stands out against the poverty of the area. The views from the roof where the best feature although the standards set by the staff and service quality where excellent all round"
