"Clean, friendly staff and close to the beach , restaurants, pubs and train station. "

"We had an issue with the shower which did not work and when we contacted reception in the evening there was no one and our phone didn’t work so we tried to contact the hotel on our mobiles but no one picked up. The reception staff in the morning were very helpful and got the maintenance team to fix the shower whilst we had breakfast. We were given a complimentary afternoon tea for the inconvenience. The receptionist (blonde lady) was amazing and really helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would come back again."

"This hotel is located just off the A12 and it’s quiet at night for sleeping the staff are very friendly and polite no task to hard to sort no hesitation in recommending this hotel "

"What a lovely place tonstay. We were here for 5 nights from Australia ti spend time with our friends . The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty if tea and coffee amenities. The pub is also very nice we had lunches and dinners there could not fault it at all. The staff are all really lovley "
