"This hotel is in a great location to see all the main sights in and around London. The hotel lobby is very elegant and you are welcomed by a doorman to greet you. Checkin is really easy but does require a £100 safety deposit in case of any damages which is standard in most hotels. We decided to pick a room with the river view and was not disappointed! The view of the London eye along the River Thames was spectacular, not to mention seeing the Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral to name a few! Looked...

"The train station is right next door. The hotel restaurant is ok. We had to walk a flight up a narrow stairway to our room which was a bit of a problem in that we are in our late 70’s. Fire safety was a bit of a concern. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Arrived early but by the time we’d had lunch there our room was ready ( ahead of time). Receptionist was excellent, all staff greet you. Room was clean and lovely outlook over the park. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and no plastic jam/marmalade containers- all from jars. Really impressed and for the price - excellent! "
