"Lovely clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We stayed there as going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo. It was very conveniently located. It was literally a two minute walk to the theatre with a Wetherspoons conveniently located in between - great for a pre-show drink. Victoria Station also is the straight across the road from the theatre. Therefore as two females travelling it was great as didn’t feel vulnerable getting to the theatre at night - hence for anyone with these...

"Great position for London Victoria. Room had a nice view but it’s a shame you can’t access the balcony (although I understand why). Bed was a little firm for me and the fire alarm at 1:15am was a bit of a rude wake up call! It lasted a few seconds then turned off and then sounded again a few minutes later. At least it was a false alarm and not a fire though. Breakfast was fine. Loved the cookie on check in "

"Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train"

"Lovely greeting with very attentive door staff, check in was simple with a welcome glass of sparkling wine. Rooms were very comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Bar too with its stunning views. Would have been nice to be able to access some snacks or food in the bar a little later in the evening. "

"Pros: This is a very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Waterloo Station, popular tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. There are also 24/7 convenience stores nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff, particularly the lady at reception, was friendly and helpful. The concierge team was also great, assisting us with luggage storage after checkout. Additionally, a staff member helped load our luggage into our taxi—he may have been from the concierge or doorman team. Cons: The room lacked a bidet in the bathroom, and the housekeeping service could be improved. There were no slippers provided, no water bottles, and we were short one bath towel. Overall: Despite a few minor shortcomings, this hotel is definitely a great choice for a family stay."
