"The hotel was very nice! Our trip to New York was great! Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The last night we had heater turned off and it still was over 80 degrees in our room and freezing cold outside. Not sure why but that was the only issue we encountered! The pizza place right next door to the hotel is phenomenal!"

"Hotel location is fantastic and the staff were friendly. We stayed Dec 21-24 and I felt like I couldn’t get warm. The hotel is extremely drafty and common areas are quite chilly. The windows are not energy efficient. After the first day, we noticed the energy efficiency rating posted in the window, giving the hotel a score of. 63. I can only assume 100 is the highest? In either case I would absolutely stay here again in an off season when heating and air conditioning are not critical....
