Marvelous breakfast place also within an easily walkable block from the front door. Desk staff are always punctual and friendly. Worth the price to be so close to all the things needed for the shows. "The room was fine. The bed was way to hard that none of us slept really great. I did have to call the desk for towels and toilet paper upon arrival. The safe was never reset from the previous occupants. Usually we enjoy our stay during the wizardfest weekend and we will continue to stay here it was just those few things."

"The house was very nice. The kitchen was not well organized. There was plenty of bedding and towels. My complaints are: water coming from the faucet was much too hot and should come with a warning or the temp be turned down. There should be a railing going into the basement. I am 78 yrs old and it was difficult getting down the steps! We were told to wash all towels before leaving and detergent would be provided. Well, the washer was full of stinky wet clothes that had obviously been there...

"This place did not disappoint! It's very spacious and welcoming. My husband, grandkids, and I stayed and we all felt comfortable. Although we brought our own family games for game night, there were family games available to use which we enjoyed. My grandsons said they want to live in this house, lol. Seriously, this is a great home and the newly renovations are very modern and nice. My husband and I would definitely rent this home again when we travel to KY to visit our grandkids again. "
