"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"The excellent comfort of this guest house enhanced our stay in Glasgow. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were extensive. The only thing I would change is to book a room with ensuite next time. It was only a short walk to the bathroom however the sink in our room did a gurgling sound for about 10 mins after being used.
