Santa, the House Manager, welcomed us with a warm smile and a beautiful spirit. Dioma, the personal chef, was a culinary magician! Her creativity and skill in the kitchen surpassed any dining experience I've had globally. Rosabel, the Head Housekeeper, (along with her amazing team members Senobia and Yuderka), went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even taking the time to redo my braided hairstyle to “camera-ready” perfection. Carlos, our handyman, was a true lifesaver. Whenever something went wrong, he had it fixed in a matter of hours. Santiago provided us with peace of mind, ensuring our safety from sundown to sunup. For a group of women traveling together, his presence was a major key to our sense of security and allowed us to enjoy our stay fully. Be prepared for the occasional glitch or mishap: the refrigerator went out – but it was replaced by the next day & the internet is unstable and unreliable so bring a personal hotspot if you need to work. As guests who were only looking to relax and enjoy our vacation; we rolled with any hiccup. the wonderful staff at Bentley Villa will handle any issues with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.
