"We enjoyed the property, it is not one of those huge all inclusive resorts that is overcrowded. It is a family friendly relaxing resort. The food onsite was good and the nightly shows were an extra bonus. "

"The staff were amazing! they were all super helpful from the start. Check In was a breeze they give you complimentary water and a fresh aroma therapy towel to cool yourself off with while you wait to check in, we arrived early so we got to stop by the rooftop bar and see the beautiful overlook of Zona Romantica. The room was beautiful and huge! More space than we needed honestly lol but we loved it. Felt luxurious. I was very impressed. I have attached a picture of the view and my shoes because I was sad to say goodbye to this place and sad to see my fav shoes go because of the rain and waking in the floods out in the city, but you can see the view from our room. :) "

"We had a great time in Meliã Puerto Vallarta. Espectacular service, amazing food and the staff is very kind, always taking care of the guests. It is perfect for children, my kid had an amazing time in the pool and beach. It is true that the infraestracture needs renovation but it is minimal issue compared to the sevice and the food. "
