"This Hilton is a diamond among other Hilton properties which I feel have really sunk. The people are LOADS ahead of other hilton properties and I look forward to returning there. The only thing I would do is redesign the rooftop pool and reorganize the lounge chairs to accommodate more chairs in a circular design. People really hog these chairs which are in high demand. "

"Room quiet, comfortable beds, amazing terrace with an amazing view, the beach is right across the hotel. Lots of food options, grocery stores near, shops. Hotel staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, accomodating. I wish i remembered everyone's name, but only have a couple, Deraldo always made us feel special, Jailton was carrying as well. Hotel breakfast was great, loved the fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juices... Anyway, we loved everyone and we appreciate their great customer service. "

"Staff got me a room at 11am on the day of check in, way earlier than the regular check in time, that is awesome because I needed some sleep from a redeye flight. I checked out at 12pm but stored my luggage and they have shower facility for a fee of less than US$3 which is very inexpensive. The breakfast was awesome, so much selection in the buffet. The pool is small, I did not use but the steam room on the rooftop one floor above the pool works really good. I’ve been to Rio 11 times and I stayed different hotels and this is highly recommended. All the staff I met was courteous and friendly. "
