"The Kimpton Clocktower never dissapoints! Our favourite hotel in Manchester. From the lovely smell that wafts to greets you as you walk through the doors into the opulent reception, you know you are in for an indulgent treat when you stay here! Staff are always friendly & helpful, the free room upgrade was very welcome - as were the complimentary drinks. Had a wonderful stay & will continue coming back to the Kimpton (and Refuge Bar) whenever we visit Manchester"

"Very nice stay, room was really good and had everything we needed, felt it was missing a few minor details that would make it a 5star hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing we thought was poor was the dining experience. The food was not up to standards expected and rather tasteless. Breakfast was good. Would stay again but would eat elsewhere. "

"Very nice hotel in a very good location, nice and close to everything. Bathroom was huge and nicely done, nice to have a sofa and chairs to sit on and not just the bed. Only disappointing thing was the tv which was obviously design to go into the end of bed didn’t move so felt rather imposing when not being used. "
