"The staff were all very friendly and helpful - they couldn't have been nicer. Lots of other pluses about this hotel, starting off with its location. It only took 5 minutes by foot to get to the many trams, buses, and trains that serve Piccadilly Station and Gardens. Look for the skywalk to the station - very cool. Only one note of caution: I'd recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face Roby Street in the back of the hotel because its blocked off and used for deliveries, which can be noisy and start early in the morning."
