"I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. The only issue was the heating system was not powerful enough to heat the large room. Even on the maximum setting it took almost 2 hours to warm up a bit, and I doubt the room heated to 20 or 21C. Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent in my room. The in room phone did not work, so every time I had an issue, I had to go down to the front desk."

"Breakfast was excellent (lots of variety and even local specialties, which was a VERY nice touch!) and service was also top notch. Location is absolutely unbeatable. The thermostats unfortunately do not seem to work as the hotel is set at a specific temperature (as staff indicated), we had to leave the balcony window open for a while to cool the room down. Room and hotel overall was generally very clean, though as a suggestion for the hotel: it would be ideal if the cutlery were not placed...

"The view of the hotel from the street isn’t particularly inspiring, however inside it it’s very beautiful with stylish furnishings and cool comfortable courtyards. My room itself was much bigger than I expected with a huge bathroom and a porch way which contained the wardrobe. Given that the hotel appeared to be almost empty I was surprised to have been given a room which was a little noisy, being beside the lift and stairs. However as I was only here for a couple of days and taking into account...
