"Breakfast was excellent (lots of variety and even local specialties, which was a VERY nice touch!) and service was also top notch. Location is absolutely unbeatable. The thermostats unfortunately do not seem to work as the hotel is set at a specific temperature (as staff indicated), we had to leave the balcony window open for a while to cool the room down. Room and hotel overall was generally very clean, though as a suggestion for the hotel: it would be ideal if the cutlery were not placed...

"I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. The only issue was the heating system was not powerful enough to heat the large room. Even on the maximum setting it took almost 2 hours to warm up a bit, and I doubt the room heated to 20 or 21C. Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent in my room. The in room phone did not work, so every time I had an issue, I had to go down to the front desk."

"Hotel is in a location walkable for both Centro and the mezquite. Room was ok, it does have a bit of a tired feel. Bed is big but uncomfortable. I felt like I could feel metal rails. Entire hotel lacks character, but ok if you love white and beige with zero decor. Parking, which is the sole reason I booked the hotel, is first come first served and very limited. "We had a wonderful 3 nights here. A beautiful modern yet traditional design with a perfectly uncluttered central courtyard open to the air. Great location off a very quiet street made for a good sleep in a comfortable bed. We had a very nice breakfast and had laundry taken by our lovely host and delivered to the laundry and back again. Highly recommend!"
