"1. Well kept small property with very limited service. Generally good staff. However, one of the staff member, Carla, was very nasty and rude when requested a day in advance for 30 min extra stay from 11 am to 1130 am check out. She veryvrudely said if you stay a minute extra, I will charge you. She simply ruined our stay. 2. At the time of booking, property was displayed fully refundable and with breakfast. However, when we received confirmation, it indicated non-refundable and 'No breakfast'....

"What a cute historic place. It is so convenient to the shops and restaurants and across the street from Hotel Del Coronado and the bay. Free breakfast included! Rooms are spacious had what we needed. The place is quite old and desperate for a refresh. The pool was great to have but could use some ambiance. The bar and outdoor space was nice but also could use ambiance. Great staff!!!"
