"The property was just right for us. The drive up the mountain is not for the weak of heart though as most of the climb is on steep and narrow roads. That said, most folks take it slow and work together to get where they need to go safely. The view was stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. Pool was key. We did not stay long enough to use the grill or pizza oven but it was fun to have. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful with a lovely garden environment. All kinds of fruit trees, surround by beautiful grapes. The owner was so kind gave us a few gifts. It's definitely close to so many places for sightseeing. I would recommend it 100%"

"Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay, Villa Imperia didn’t disappoint! The Villa has the most spectacular view in all of Crete, what a way to wake up every morning. A stroll down the (steep) driveway and you’re at Plaka Beach. A lovely flat stone beach with plenty of Sun loungers and a regular cafe service, so you don’t have to move a muscle other than slipping into the beautiful sea. "Wel erg basic, door douche naast wc (alles nat) en geen gemakkelijke stoelen in de kamer. Maar verder heerlijk privé met schitterend dakterras. Vanwege de heerlijke temperatuur en de ruime tuin kan je continue als Adam en Eva rondlopen. De gastheer Fanis was erg behulpzaam met tips en loste problemen snel op."

"I can only say that this house is a dream. If you want to relax but still feeling like at home this is the place. The house is in an amazing country environment and the house itself is very nice and every detail is thought with attention and elegance. The owner is very kind and provides you with all the information about Crete in advance. She is also very quick in answering if you need something ( our gas can finished on a Sunday and she managed to replace it in few hours.) For us it was an...
