"The Gouves Park Hotel is a family friendly hotel with a Water Park. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff at the hotel are exceptional helpful and friendly. The life guards at the park are excellent and very friendly. There is a beach and a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. "liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "
