"The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye.
The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself. "
"Excellent breakfast selection. Rooms are small as expected, so one person has to climb over the other to get in or out. Bed was very comfortable. very close to Victoria Station for trains and Underground. London seems to have homeless living on the street wherever you go. This hotel is no exception. Some of these seem to suffer from shouting and screaming fits, and should be avoided. Check-in and Check-out available 24/7, very efficient and helpful"
