"We are a group of 8 ladies enjoying a weekend away and we had a wonderful weekend at Downs Cottage. The property was perfect… comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, superb location, sauna was a bonus and the garden was very pretty. Deal itself was a very welcoming town, friendly people. We’d recommend Margarita’s for take away pizza and Mike’s Bikes for cycle hire. Walking distance into Deal from the cottage was about 30mins, which along the seafront was no time at all. "Really well equipped property in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 10 minutes or so to walk into Deal or onto the sea front. Co-op, pizza place and Chinese just a couple of minutes away. Easy to park outside. An excellent, comfortable place to stay. Internet signal was good and two of us were able to work from home without any issues - there's two desks in the house. Couldn't fault anything and the host was really easy to communicate with, simple check-in via key box. "
