"Hotel itself was nice. Area was a bit sketchy but honestly felt perfectly safe walking a few blocks around the hotel. Loud traffic at nite while trying to sleep. only a a 5 min drive to hotel at 4am with no traffic tho. Recommend for quick layover."

"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

"This is a cracking hotel in a great location in Naples. Our (sea view with balcony) room was attractive, spacious and very comfortable; breakfast was good; the staff were very helpful and courteous; and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained."

"Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly."

"Property is the ideal spot for being in Naples. It’s right in/by the Ancient Town, by Spacconappoli and so easy to get around the area. It is also easy access to walk to the main train station (Napoli Centrale/Piazza Girabiladi) (15-18 min walk) and to the upper end of Napoli (10 min the opposite way). The hotel itself is nice. It is what I expect for an Italian hotel. Nice accommodations, clean, very nice staff. That being said, there were just a few things to mention…it doesn’t take away the great rating I have of the hotel…afterall it’s in a FANTASTIC spot in town. Just something that an American tourist would want to know. The bed was nice but it wasn’t super comfy and soft. The pillows were also nice but a little dense for me. And for the ladies, bring conditioner for your hair bc they do not provide it. They have great smelling and wonderful soap, shampoo, body wash and body cream (lotion), but not conditioner. It’s not a thing in Italy. So not a ding on the hotel but just remember to bring some. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed for 5 nights so I was hoping there would be more variation to the breakfast since i didn’t want the same thing over and over again. But it was a delicious and beautiful breakfast buffet spread. If you want great coffee, be sure to ask for it vs using the self serve machine (like a nespresso or keruig type machine). The staff makes fantastic espresso. Overall a great hotel! I wouldn’t mind staying there again!! Nov 21-26 stay"

"A very good hotel in the heart of Naples. Great staff, spacious and comfortable room, we even had a nice view of the city from our window. The hotel has a great private courtyard for relaxing and eating breakfast. Very nice! And the included breakfast was fabulous! It is close to walking to many sites in Naples. I highly recommend it if you want to explore the sites in Naples including museums, restaurants, and various interesting neighborhoods! "

"Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them. I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Totally fine granted we were not out late at night. Room was a bit weird as the shower was in the bedroom but no biggie. The room was clean and well maintained and AC worked well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff. Would recommend this hotel! "

"This was a perfect place to stay in Naples. It's right off Spaccanapoli, which means its a super walkable area with a lot nearby. I found staying here is probably preferable to the Via Toledo area, which is much busier (though both are busy). The hotel was super clean (our room actually got cleaned multiple times a day, if anything it felt excessive!) and it feels private, safe, and quiet, despite being right off a major pedestrian street. There's a nice little rooftop hangout space and a friendly and helpful 24-hour check-in. Would absolutely say here again!"
