"I loved the layout of the property and the convenience of the location. The food at the hotel was actually really good. However, there was always trash left outside our room by housekeeping. There was probably one time we came out and there wasn’t something outside of our room. "

I did feel they were a little disorganised, i emailed previously to request early check in and although this was not promised they said they would do everything in their power to accommodate and that this request would be noted. "We enjoyed our stay! It's a really good facility though in need of a bit of a freshening up. Dining room was nice, breakfast fantastic, lobby is nice, hallways are lovely & fresh, but our room needed a bit of love. mirror was a bit faded/tough to see ourselves in, and a few dings here and there in the room. bed was VERY VERY comfy. Pretty sure they've upgraded them very recently. Main thing to remember is that the price is bang on for the facility. The location is FANTASTIC! I'd stay again....

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
