"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and always found them to be very accommodating. These last two stays were as expected although on my last stay (November 13th) I found the wi-fi was not up to its usual standards, but the room was very good and the tv remote worked better than the previous time, I think the remote just needed new batteries!!! Other than that I would always recommend this hotel."

Considering the quality of the hotel & the food for dinner and room service, the breakfast was a let down. However, the rest of our stay was fabulous - we upgraded from a classic room to a Deluxe. "We had an amazing stay. This is a lovely hotel. Yes it looks a bit older or "retro" but we actually really liked that. Our room was big enough, bathroom was modern and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. The garden outside the dining room was beautiful. "
