"Nice enough hotel to stay in. However there were a couple of things that could possibly have made my stay more comfortable Firstly and this is more down to personal choice tbe beds and pillows were far to soft especially the pillows as they were almost flat as soon as your head hit the pillows. Secondly and i know its central London so traffic noise and noisy drunken people staggering home drunk will always be a problem for any hotel and understandably, outside noises are out of the control of...
