"A very short walk from Terminal 5, transportation from this location such as a rental car, bus, and train is easy. You do not hear any of the planes, rooms are quiet. A huge variety of food was available at the breakfast buffet. The only downside was that there were no USB power outlets in the room."

"We were very happy with this stay. Proximity to the hotel is excellent. Hotel condition is excellent. Bed and shower were the best on our trip. Towels are way too small. There is a hotel shuttle that brings you right to the door. However this costs 6.80£ per person to ride. I would recommend taking the city bus from the airport at 1.75£ instead and walk the half a block or take an uber if you’re more than one person. The shuttle is not a good value. "

"Staff were polite, friendly and willing to help. Overal very clean and tidy, modern l. Love the liminal space style exterior looking interior atrium! Could be imposing in the dark, but very cool. Around the hotel, its the airport so to be expected roads and traffic, but very quiet inside. The covered walk way direct into the terminal checkin is worth it every time. So convenient! "
