"This property was terrible no communication whatsoever. They say parking it wasn’t available. We opened the main door and the handle came off. I literally grab my kids and left. Contacted Hotels.com for a refund since we didn’t stay, no one answered so they just kept my money. Area looks very unsafe for family. Had to pay a different hotel and this people don’t even have the decency to respond "

Came across Oetz whilst there...An Austrain band was playing in the street and we had the most delicious dinner there. OK hotel and reasonable price...but Oetz has so much more character. "This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area.
