"Front desk staff was amazing! They were welcoming, kind, professional, and very helpful. Marko was amazing at check-in, and the lady when we left (I forgot her name—started with an “L”) was beyond helpful—you could tell she has a kind heart, is generous, and is the epitome of what you want your brand ambassador be. She respectfully and effortlessly communicated with her housekeeping staff through a translation app to make sure the message was understood. Everything she did was with a smile and empathy. She helped me assist an elderly gentleman in the parking lot who needed personal care assistance and did it with dignity. She is rare, and I sincerely hope management appreciates the gem they have in her taking on the role of being its entire brand for that property. Truly amazing! "
