"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I did get stuck on the 15th floor for 20 minutes due to elevator maintenance. I wished they could have communicated more. A fellow hotel guest helped me to get to the lobby. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would go again."

"The Rio Hotel is truly wonderful; my family loved it. It is located near the main street. The view from the room is stunning, and the room is clean. The elevators are working. We stayed on the 19th floor. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Our impressions are very positive, and we will definitely come back again."
