"We had to transfer from Palazzo to Venetian, but the staff was very nice and did their best to take care of us. Like Christine at Palazzo front desk, she went the extra mile to take care of us by making sure our rooms were situated and ready. Although I will say the front desk over the phone or call center weren’t as great. They seem to lack the personal connection and just wanted to address your issue and move on."
