"This is a very nice hotel. Plenty of parking. Welcoming reception desk. No issues with the room essentials; clean, piping hot water and comfortable bed. Very spacious (king suite). Breakfast plentiful and varied, hot and cold. Barely anyone partaking at 0845, so seating space was not an issue. Annoying TV glitch if you’re a ‘Firestick streaming person’ - the HDMIs don’t work if the hotel’s feed is plugged in. Unplug the hotel HDMI and the TV remote becomes inoperative, so no volume control and the default is way too loud! It’s a shame that hotels do their best to prevent total stay enjoyment - just protecting their wifi, I guess..?"

"First time visiting Charlotte and booked the Sheraton Charlotte in a pinch. Nothing remarkable or wrong, perfectly fine and no drama or issues, just like I like it. Hope to be back for a visit another time soon."

"I came for Valentine's Day weekend. They had towels made like a heart with rose petals and champagne The room was ocean view and it was beautiful. The parking space was close to the room, didn't have to walk far. The room was clean, the staff awesome and breakfast was full stock. This hotel was right in the middle of Everything, as far as shopping and entertainment. Down side we came when most parks and some restaurants were close until the summer. My husband and I had awesome time but come back in the summer."
