"Room was lovely and clean & in a very convenient part of Edinburgh- close to the station, restaurants and shopping as well as bus stops. We stayed in a very comfortable junior suite. My only complaint is that the room was a bit hot at night and we couldn’t open the window. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again."

"We booked the Sheraton Grand as we were going to the Usher Hall that evening. So it was convenient for us & also had on site parking. Everything was excellent about the hotel apart from our check in. Our room was advertised as available from 3pm & we were not able to get into our room as it was not ready for us until 4.20pm.
