When we called the front desk to let them know they were very helpful and sent staff around with different room keys so we could get the room required. We didn’t get to use the facilities so can’t really comment but all staff were fantastic and we will stay there again. "

"The staff at this hotel are wonderfu, I arrived having a terrible coughing episode, after we got to our room the receptionist arrived with a hot lemon and honey drink for me. A couple of days later I was still not good and they arranded for me to see a doctor (almost next door) and the concierge insisted on taking us over. Also the room was great, and the best pillows ever."
