"It is a beautiful hotel, set in beautiful grounds on the canal. The reception checking in couldn’t have been more helpful. I ate in the bar the evening of my stay. I enjoyed my meal and the service was friendly and timely. My to negative comments were: 1. My room didn’t feel as luxurious as I had hoped and my bathroom was designed for a wheelchair user, it had a low basin and felt more like a hospital shower room. 2. Breakfast.
