"Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Currently trying to find a similar matress to upgrade our bed at home. Beautiful rooms, very spacious and cozy vibe. The whole area is lovely, and we got a room with a view over large pond/small lake. Fantastic service from the staff, and incredibly friendly. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, but hoping well be able to next time we stay."

"Clean, cheap, great location. Most of the room is a bed but that worked for me. Shower and sink in room, but toilets are down the hall. No.pronlem getting to them easily. "

"Hotel room was sparse and utilitarian. It is not a room for comfort. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower room large and good power. Mood lighting controlled by a remote control. Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. Breakfast was continental style and ok but not a large selection. Evening restaurant food was lovely and cooked beautifully. Spa was excellent and the reason...

"Perfect for one night but phone and safe didn’t work. Reception lady offered to move us to another room but it really wasn’t worth the effort just for the one night. Staff were very friendly but breakfast was mediocre. Really nothing nearby but a short drive to town centre."

"Advertised as 4 star, but inside room evac.plan says 3 star . In reality a 3 star bar and restaurant and 2 star rooms. Rooms tired, i.e. walls dirty, wallpaper peeling, furnishings old, badly scratched, cobwebs, broken window fastening, mould in bathroom, shower eithef too hot or cold, toiletries (only soap dispenser) cheap. Bar closed before 2200hrs (staff said as only 4 customers it was pointless staying open) and would only offer beer, wine or tea after 2145hrs. When we made comment to...

"Its very close the city center (Hbf etc.) and near to tram station. But depend on that a little bit noisy. There are only 2 elektric plugin in the room. 4 people room and 2 plugin is horrible. Everybody has phone, watch etc and only lucky 2 can charge. :/ "

"Für das Umfeld ganz gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das Zimmer, da der Parkplatz kostenfrei war. Der Griff für das Badezimmer war lose und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche. Es hat aber beim Ausschecken keinen interessiert, wie mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Das Frühstück dürfte aber gern günstiger sein oder aber die Qualität müsste massiv gesteigert werden. "

"Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared.
