"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

"Unfortunately, a bad experience. Our hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"Marie is a warm and inviting host, nothing appears to be too much trouble. Our room was spacious with an outdoor seating & patio area. The guest house is on the edge of town and so we used a cab service when heading out for dinner in the evening. Marie organised and booked(very cheap and nice driver) She also recommended 2 restaurants where the food was very good. The Swartberg Pass drive was something else and we were glad to reach the very lovely Prince Albert town which was lovely. The Caves...

"Good option for anybody staying in Cape Town. Clean and tidy with good staff, the hotel is a nice little walk away from the V&A Waterfront. Ample parking on site."

"Upgrade/renovations of hotel was promised for the future. Some lifts were a problem; one lift couldn't stop on the basement floor and another lift was stuck on the 12th floor. All-in-all, we had a nice stay, for overnight accommodation "

"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. My only issue is that if you come back late at night, its a little bit of a pain to get in to the parking. They need to figure out a better way. Other then that we enjoyed our say. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and beautiful view. "
