"When we arrive we spent 30 minutes trying to contact someone to let us in. Once in the place we notice a terrible smell. We were unable to contact anyone to address this. We discovered a soaked rug in the kitchen base on the smell it must have been there for awhile which means who ever cleaned the place did not do a good job. Later that evening we noticed we did not have towels and agian no way to contact. We were was able to send an email. Towels were sent up with a very nice young boy. However...

"It was very clean and pleasant chalet, it could do with a fridge to keep drinks cool, it has a patio area out the back but need some improvement not that bothered us as we only used place for sleeping. Park was pretty and quiet nearest shop a 5 min drive away. New bar opened when we there very nice. It has a pool but we didn't use it but looked very clean. Staff very friendly. Good value for the price we paid and I would book again"
