"Decided to stay here while on business in NYC and found it to be a lovely retreat from the business of the City. I really enjoyed walking around the campus looking at birds, the beautifully decorated historic buildings, paintings and learning some new facts about the history of the property and NY. I stayed in a suite which was a nice size and modern, thought the room was very clean and bathroom was shining. Kuerig is available and they offer 2 pods of decaf and 2 pods of caff coffee. "I was in town for my aunt's funeral. I flew in early enough to prepare for the funeral which was held in Brooklyn. I was afforded early check in which was perfect and I am so thankful that the staff was intuitive enough not to add any stress to an already very stressful situation. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to staying there again when I'm in the city."
