"Rarely leave reviews but this hotel is genuinely worthy of praise. From the moment of arrival and through the stay, every single staff member we met were polite, professional and friendly. It is an unusual thing to have staff that make you feel you are truly welcomed and valued. Room was immaculate, quiet at night and shower was fantastic. The queen bed was a little small for us but I really am nit picking there. Not sure if it has recently been refurbed but the whole place was in 1st class...

It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from.
