"Beautifully updated/extended hotel. Very smart and clean. Welcome and service excellent throughout. Room was in original building - quite compact but adequate. Newly and very nicely decorated. Very tight space between bed and bathroom so moving around difficult. Comfortably warm. Very basic bathroom and disappointingly poor shower. Only one bedside table/ light. “Awful” mattress so not most comfortable sleep. However, excellent value for money. Good dinner and very good breakfast "
