"My son and I stayed here for his freshman move-in weekend, so it was my first time here but I’ll definitely be in Durham again within the next four years and will happily stay here again. The staff was friendly, helpful and competent, the facility and rooms were very clean. They have coffee and water available 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast was substantial and varied for those with different preferences. It’s very convenient to Duke — esp. East campus — and you can walk to restaurants nearby...

"We only stayed for a night, but everything was clean and well kept. Our only complaints were that we were told breakfast started at 6:30 am when it actually started at 7 am, and this mattered because we were on a time crunch leaving the next day. Also, there was some miscommunication and we were under the impression that breakfast was complimentary, so we were surprised to receive a bill we had to pay for. Happy to pay for services, but please make it clear upfront that breakfast is paid and...
