"Nice and modern, simple streamlined hotel and room. All staff were fantastic. Room nicely setup. A standalone bright bathroom light would have been useful, the vacuum was required when I arrived, doors are very noisy when closing, bed was a bit squeaky and sliding shower door let a little too much water through. "Value for money hotel. Clean rooms if not a little dated. Convenient tube stayion straight outside. I dont mind staying a little outside of central London as long as transport is easy enough. Not much around the hotel but a short taxi ride to ealing had pubs shops, shops, restaurants. "

"1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel...
